About Robert Barclay

Robert Barclay currently serves as Vice President Human Resources at Intrepid Potash. Mr. Barclay also spent eight years working for Ovintiv where he held HR positions of increasing responsibility in both the USA Division and at their Corporate Office in Calgary, Alberta. Prior to Ovintiv, Mr. Barclay spent nine years with Medtronic where he held various HR roles in both Colorado and Massachusetts.Mr. Barclay received his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and his Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from the University of Minnesota.
