Develop, plan, and execute ongoing public relations, communications and marketing campaigns for Maine's largest workers' compensation insurance carrier.

Guided customer acquisition strategy and execution. Worked closely with account executives to develop superior marketing and communication results using social media, podcasts, eBooks, print, and email. Turned strategy into integrated, thoughtful, well-coordinated marketing campaigns that supported client’s revenue goals. Researched and generated relevant, original, high-quality content for B2B communication channels including brand emails, B2B websites, and quarterly customer newsletters.

Taught introductory business course on business disciplines and critical issues in the work place. Students gained a basic knowledge of core disciplines of business and an awareness of businesses' role in the economy and society.

Facilitated the start up of the NH1 News Network for WBIN TV, NH1.Com and the Binnie Media Radio News Network. Hired talent and developed policies and procedures for radio, digital media and television staff. Managed a team of 40 employees to deliver news content across all platforms.• Grew NH1 Digital to have the 6th largest share of voice in the greater Boston area. • Led all public relations efforts for the NH1 Network. Acted as the Network Spokesperson and key member of the crisis management team. • Created NH1 Decision 2016 community affairs programming. Produced fourteen debates and town halls for the New Hampshire Congressional Delegation. Co-Produced (with CNN) the NH1 Senatorial Debate with Scott Brown and Jeanne Shaheen hosted by Wolf Blitzer.

Managed the sales of CNN Newsource content, products and services. Oversaw affiliate relations for more than 100 local television stations, cable news channels, and other local news clients. Key member of the new product launch team. Led product launch for morning news producers nationwide called AM Advantage®. Mapped out risks and opportunities to enhance product offering. Acted as product manager liaison to senior management and key stakeholders.

Orchestrated all news content for on-air, website, social media, mobile, and apps. Under my direction, ratings were the highest at the station in more than a decade. Fostered an environment of creativity, innovation and teamwork with high ethical standards. • Raised money for non-profits. Partnered with the MDA Telethon to raise more than $100,000 annually in the Portland area. • Negotiated new collective bargaining agreements. Worked with AFTRA and IBEW shop stewards and Union officials to produce contracts that reasonably increased wages and effectively solved work place issues.
