Worked on a variety of projects including St Clair, Westwood and the Promendade in Underdale. Main responsibilities included:• Masterplanning including all approvals;• Recruitment and management of site based project delivery team;• Overseeing legal agreements including sales agreements (retail and commercial), multi party infrastructure agreements (wetland), a development deed with Council, leases, licences and construction contracts;• Managing WHS responsibility including reporting, auditing of contractors and bi-annual audits (internal and external);• Appointment and management of design consultants;• Management of design process;• Obtaining all planning approvals including negotiation with Council, Planning SA and statutory agencies;• Tendering and contract negotiation for construction work;• Land sub-division and titling including bonding and clearances;• Project budget preparation and monitoring;• Joint Venture reporting.

Worked on a number of projects including the project start up and first 2 stages of the Port Adelaide Waterfront Redevelopment Project, Apartment projects including the Embassy, Horizon and Pier Hotel and numerous townhouse projects.Main responsibilities included:• Involvement in the design concept phase including briefing of designers and project feasibility analysis;• Appointment and management of design consultants;• Preparation of detailed financial feasibilities;• Management of design process;• Obtaining all planning approvals including negotiation with Council, Planning SA and statutory agencies;• Tendering and contract negotiation for construction work;• Land sub-division and titling including bonding and clearances;• Project budget preparation and monitoring;• Client liaison and reporting;• Joint Venture reporting;• Preparation of Information Memoranda and finance procurement.Involved in the preparation of several successful bids including the Port Waterfront Redevelopment Project and the Balfours/Bus Station Project.
