I am a Marketing, Sales, and Product leader, with over 20 years of experience and deep insights into cross-team and company-wide operations in high tech, healthcare, financial services, fintech, FMCG / CPG, and advertising. For the past 10 years I have had the opportunity to work in start-ups where I established and led diverse teams of marketers, SDRs, account execs, and more, with a focus on growth and revenue. Discovering talented people to join my team, nurturing and developing their skills, and helping them shine is a passion of mine. My core focus the last 10 years has been in B2B Enterprise SaaS where I have been tasked with building high-performing and data-driven Marketing teams. In the past five years, I have also been asked to take on the the challenge of establishing a way of working for Sales, Operations, HR, Product, Project Management, and anywhere else that needed me. The discipline and structure I brought from working at large companies at the start of my career makes me a unique asset to the teams that are just starting out and don’t necessarily know where to begin. It also gives me the tools and knowledge to bridge the operational and communication gaps between departments in larger companies. I have been a member of the marketing leadership teams for larger organizations as well as part of the executive management teams in start-ups. I have led both the strategic development and implementation of large scale B2B Marketing and Sales programs from the ground up that focus on growth and solutions based selling, including developing overall marketing strategies, developing frameworks for experimentation, defining ideal customer profiles, building successful and measurable Account Based Marketing programs, and growing and leading the teams that do it. In every role I take a whole company approach, focusing on developing global strategies and growing a culture where each and every team, and team member, can be successful, ultimately leading to company success. I have had foundational roles, including creating our core mission, vision, and culture as well as being responsible for developing short and long term financial plans, funding strategies, growth plans, and been a general consultant in the area of how to grow a company.Whether it’s a big company, start-up, or something in-between, I want to use my unique and broad mix of international experience to create successful strategic initiatives, help talented teams organize around shared goals, and deliver excellent experience to customers.
