- Leading multiple projects in different departments around 3 months each.- Responsible for creating a strategy revolving around Transfer Pricing for Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems Western Europe. - Optimizing business processes by managing the possibilities within grants and tenders - Implementing a new, innovative ERP-system for the American subsidiary.- Designed and visualized internal customer journey by using flowcharts for a German subsidiary.- Created sales strategy by optimizing internal stock values within European hubs.

• With a team of 3 managing 50 members and 300 alumni, on a daily basis.• Responsible for the day-to-day activities of 50+ persons.

• With a team of 6 responsible for the financial operations• Cold-calling and contacting companies to acquire sponsors (Minimum target of €25.000).

• With a team of 5 responsible for cultural activities for all the active members• Organised a debate for the local Dutch Council elections and a Kickboxing Gala for a total of 1,000 spectators.

• Organised golf related activities for young adults (18-26), such as tournaments and golf clinics
