As Marketing & Sales Director I moved the newly build team (15) from a historically sales-drivenmindset to an overall business management/marketing approach. The team reached marketing and profitability objectives in multiple markets thanks to effective implementation of regional specific strategies for world re-known brands like Mentos, Fruittella and Chupa Chups leading to significant growth of market share. I Initiated and executed the network rationalisation process, reduced nr.of importers per country and opened and closed PVM branches at different international locations. I succesfully introduced the trade marketing discipline. (category management). Succesfully launched Mentos gum in Israel, Eastern Europe, Switzerland, South Africa and The Middle East.and effectively ensured interface to the PVM shareholder, chairman,general management, finance, operations and other stakeholders resulting in volume and value growth for several years.
