Asset | Strategy & Logistics is one of the departments of Asset, focused on Strategic and Supply Chain Management. As Chairman I was responsible for all ongoing concerns and I represented our department in the meetings of Faculty Association Asset. Furthermore I was the coordinator of the Consultancy Day and the Magazine.This was a dual function combined with Secretary Faculty Association Asset.

In my first traineeship rotation I'm responsible for the global market introduction preparations of a new image-guided therapy system. My work considers the business, industry, technological and medical aspects of our system and amongst others entails:- Conducting competition analysis- Conducting customer segment analysis- Creating value propositions per customer segment- Creating marketing collaterals for marketing and sales organizationsI also contribute to the marketing of other systems, by focusing on specific technological, medical or marketing aspects of these systems.

Food for Thought organizes economically oriented, public interviews and informal lunches with prominent, highly regarded people from the corporate, political and academic society. The interviews are attended by both students and employees of Tilburg University and sometimes regional or national press agencies. My contributions were:- September 2013 - August 2015: Interviewer, amongst others I interviewed Michael Cawley (then COO of Ryanair) and Jan Hommen (former CEO of ING). Before becoming an interviewer I had an interview training from Richard Engelfriet. I was also asked to perform public interviews for Tilburg University's Hartslagcafé, Asset | Economics and Asset | Business Economics.- September 2012 - August 2013: Chairman, responsible for al ongoing concerns.

Asset is the second largest study association in Europe. As the Secretary I was responsible for the member administration of all Asset members. This also included management of the database itself. Furthermore I was the contact person for Asset’s most vital and biggest partner. Other tasks included managing the year planning and preparing the monthly mails.This was a dual function combined with Chairman Asset | Strategy & Logistics.

I started as a sales employee, and was later asked to become an inbound goods processor. I had to process all incoming stock deliveries and all returns of the store. Besides that, I managed more than half of total stock.

First in Sittard, later in Eindhoven (from September 2011) I was part of a sales employee team at Staples Office Centre. My work was to advise customers which office products would be best suited to fulfill their needs. Besides that, I regularly assisted in administrative and front desk tasks.

After being certified as a financial advisor in mortgages, life insurances and investments, I became an employee at my father’s company. I mapped out the client’s financial wishes and possibilities, gave advice on financial products that would fit the client’s profile, and acted as an intermediary between clients and financial firms.

The work I did consisted of managing client registrations and answering questions from clients about PGB (person-bound budget) related subjects.
