I represent multinationals, financial institutions, big four audit firms, interest groups and bankruptcy trustees, in both single-claimant proceedings and collective actions.Besides my practice as an attorney, I serve as deputy judge in the Court of Appeal of Arnhem-Leeuwarden. I regularly publish on topics of private law and insolvency law. Since 2012, I hold a Ph.D from the University of Nijmegen.I am admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
