Redesign of Dura Vermeer's main ERP (Electronic Resource Planning) tool. Kicked the project off with a design sprint for initial stakeholder buy-in, which led to a proof of concept which in turn resulted in proving our assumptions and provided the green light for a full rebuild of the system. In close collaboration with stakeholders, PO, and the scrum team I provided concept and design guidance for both the application and design system.

Formed a global intranet solution that combined the previous 2000+ sharepoint sites, over 20 communication, culture and collaboration channels into a single tag-based intranet solution. Concept, workshops, validation and internal pitching - including presentations to internal board meetings. In the role of HMI- and interaction designer I was involved in a wide scale of research- and development projects in the field of operator performance (Human Factors) and human-machine interfacing of fighter jet and drone operations.As UI designer, I hosted ideation workshops, formed conceptual design, build (rapid) prototypes and scaled up to full and human-in-the-loop simulations for qualitative & quantitative concept evaluation. I participated in projects involving UAS (Drone) operations and UAS ground control station design & development such as PPLANE (FP7), an ‘out-of-the-box’ project on Personal Air Transport Systems; and project PAV, focussing on the development of tablet based, user friendly micro- UAS control. During the programme Effective Operational Information (EOI) I participated on research on Helmet Mounted Displays (HMDs) and large screen displays for fighter cockpit operations. Including leading several empirical studies on flight simulators and drone control station simulators.

Intern at ATTS: Air Trafic: Simulation, Training and Operator Performance. For my graduation project I've designed an innovative UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) user interface based on various research such as a user study of different input devices, creative sessions and expert reviews.

Intern at the Multimedia Interaction department of Philips Research in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.I've developed and validated design guidelines for the uWand (can be compared to the Wii controller) based on an extensive user study.
