From 2017 onward I made a switch into the tourism sector as the Director and co-owner of Camaleon Tours. This career switch has been a very positive experience for me. I really enjoy this position and I'm putting all my energy, experience, heart and soul into growing and improving the company ! In our opinion we've made Camaleon Tours already into the best DMC in the Netherlands, both in Customer Experience and in Employee Satisfaction. Basically we've created a big family that welcomes new guests as part of that family. This is one of the reasons why our guests like us like they do ! So whenever you are in Amsterdam and you are looking for something nice to do, you can always book a tour with us and experience our services yourself!From 1998 to 2017 I've been mainly working in the field of Service Management and business IT alignment. In those years I gathered quite some experience in multiple businesses. I've done numerous (ITIL) process implementations, designed SLA's , implemented Service Architectures and tooling and even developed a unique process model.
