• Feasibility studies and site analysis, project scope, budget estimates and schedules. Prepare project proformas, pre-development feasibility studies, and financial analysis• Establish development plans and identify architect and consultant services• Maintain civic and governmental relations and manage required federal, state, and local approvals and permitting, manage cash flows, forecasts and proforma projections

Responsibilities included the monitoring and management of design teams including the implementation and training of an AutoCAD design system. Cross-functional mangement of the design, survey and marketing teams including the impletmentation of company policies, procedures and best managmeent practices.
