With particular focus on strategic product planning and business development, Orion helped organizations effectively define, size, and prioritize those initiatives that will drive revenue growth and profitability improvement. Further, Orion ensured that an effective implementation plan was constructed and that resources were most efficiently managed to ensure successful deploymment.

I was president of Greater Phoenix Advisors, Inc. (GPA), an independent consulting firm specializing in developing strategies for success and resolving business issues for owners of privately-held companies in the Greater Phoenix Area. With more than 25 years of senior management experience in marketing strategy and product development, I also served in an advisory or interim management role to drive product innovation and marketing & sales activities to help companies significantly enhance revenues.

I was responsible for planning and executing the company's growth strategy for its water and wastewater utility operations in the Western United States. In particular, through partnerships and targeted acquisitions, we expanded upon the company's existing base to carry superior water distribution and collection services into new markets. Our extremely strong capitalization made it possible for us to make improvements to systems that were in need of upgrades and/or repairs.

I managed the EFunds' Risk Product portfolio for a number of years before moving to take a position leading the company's Product Innovation activity. In the former position, I had accountability for a large team charged with all Product Management, Product Development, and Product Marketing aspects for the company's Risk line of business. As VP of Product Innovation, I had responsibility for new strategic development initiatives that spanned the company's Risk and Electonic Payments lines of business.

I was responsible for creating and implementing the strategic product roadmap that fueled the company's growth. I was also accountable for creating and driving the sales messaging and promotional activities that supported a sharply ramping revenue growth plan.

I managed large organizations, focusing mainly on the Treasury Management line of business for the majority of my tenure.
