As a project manager I manage projects where consultants, developers and partners work together to implement crm processes in, and develop customizations & bespoke work for SugarCRM. A couple of examples are: TU Eindhoven, University of Bristol, Dirk van den Broek & Dekamarkt, KLM Catering Services, Eaton Industries, Apollo Vredestein, DSM Pension Services and Hilton Worldwide.From the summer of 2010 till the end of 2012 I spent more than a year at TOPdesk UK, London. As a Service Management Consultant I advised customers all over England, Scotland and Wales and in the USA on Service Management in general and the implementation and use of TOPdesk more specifically.
