Ik werk graag op het snijvlak van ICT en bedrijfsprocessen. Vanwege een brede interesse heb ik me via de service management wereld begeven naar de CRM wereld. Om daarna ook maar eens een heel andere sector te ervaren heb ik de overstap naar de zorg gemaakt. Nu werk ik weer in het bedrijfsleven maar zijn veel van mijn klanten werkzaam in het onderwijs. A couple of examples are: TU Eindhoven, University of Bristol, Dirk van den Broek & Dekamarkt, KLM Catering Services, Eaton Industries, Apollo Vredestein, DSM Pension Services and Hilton Worldwide.From the summer of 2010 till the end of 2012 I spent more than a year at TOPdesk UK, London. As a Service Management Consultant I advised customers all over England, Scotland and Wales and in the USA on Service Management in general and the implementation and use of TOPdesk more specifically.
