Als projectleider ICT voer ik allerlei ICT (gerelateerde) projecten uit om de medewerkers van Kwintes in staat te stellen om beter, sneller of fijner hun werk te doen. Daarnaast begeleid ik innovaties vanuit het Kwintes innovatielab. Hierbij stuur ik zowel collega's als leveranciers aan.

As a Service Management Consultant I advised customers all over England, Scotland and Wales and in the USA on Service Management in general and the implementation and use of TOPdesk more specifically. I wrote a master thesis about contextual performance for the unit Zuiveringsbedrijf. The end result consisted out of an academic article and several recommendations for the mangementteam of the unit.

Supporting the Human Resourcesl department in their day to day activities. Such as holding job interviews, maintaining relationships with suppliers, updating personnel files and setting up an employee health survey.

I did a lot of webbased recruitment activities and administrative work.
