Having previously managed the Above Ground Water Production & Waste Treatment Planning & Scheduling teams at Thames Water for just under 4 years, I am currently managing a team of Process Leads responsible for ensuring we have clearly defined processes that align with our business objectives, and leverage the capability of our IT platforms. Previous to this, I had worked for NatWest/Royal Bank of Scotland for over 28 years, with the last 23 of those in a number of different Contact Centre support roles, where I have built up a wealth of experience in this field.Having initially spent time undertaking front line roles such as Customer Adviser, Performance Coach & Team Leader; I then moved into Central Operational roles managing teams responsible for Real Time Service Level Performance, Post Performance reviews, and Incident Management, for multiple business areas across multiple locations; before more recently leading my teams area imbedding new call routing/handling technology, along with Project Management roles.Throughout my time with the Bank, my passion and enthusiasm for making a difference & finding solutions has resulted in Senior Managers proactively seeking me out to undertake roles in their team.
