Manage relationships with Pre-Sales teams and Product Development.Liaise with Operations and Support teams for new products and evaluate vendor hardware and software features and capabilities.

• Working within a global team of Network Engineers, developing and maintaining standards for customer solutions across the Payments, Financial Services and Telecoms divisions. • 3rd line support for troubleshooting operational issues, both during office-hours and on-call on a rotational basis. • Performing audits of existing deployments as part of industry compliance (PCI-DSS & SOX) and on an individual customer basis to ensure setups take advantage of advances in technologies to minimise service impacts. • Providing training to operations and support teams on new products• Working with Pre-Sales teams to gather and implement individual customer requirements for new deployments. • Evaluating new hardware and software from multiple Vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, F5, Digi, and Sixnet.
