Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm, with more than 6,000 people. I lead the EMEA digital marketing strategy and team, which consists of five individuals. My responsibilities encompass CRM, web, email, advertising, SEO, and data analysis. A significant aspect of my role is the integration of various data sources to deliver precise, comprehensive, and actionable intelligence throughout the client life cycle.

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is a national commercial property consultancy with over 1,700 staff across the UK and Ireland. I managed the company’s brand and digital marketing efforts, which included overseeing design, tone of voice, advertising, websites, SEO, CRM, intranet, email, and social media. During my tenure, I was promoted three times and received five awards for my contributions.Key Achievements:Innovative Branding: Collaborating closely with senior management, I developed a bold, confident, and high-energy brand identity. This campaign received very positive feedback and was shortlisted for Best Brand Campaign at the 2019 Property Marketing Awards. New Corporate Website: I spearheaded the development of the company’s new corporate website, managing the project from inception to completion, including supplier selection, stakeholder workshops, build, and content strategy. Ongoing Website Optimisation: Utilising a variety of tools, I continuously enhanced the website’s performance and user experience through A/B testing, personas, personalisation, and data/behavioural analysis. Established Successful SEO Strategy: I conducted a competitive tender process to select a long-term SEO partner and worked with them to optimise the new website, followed by ongoing on-site and off-site initiatives. Search Engine and Social Media Advertising: I established and managed ongoing Google AdWords, Google My Business, Bing, and social media advertising campaigns, continuously monitoring and adjusting content and bidding prices based on service line opportunities, conversion rates, costs-per-click, and lead quality
