Most teams spend a lot of time here and can be effective and high performing. At the next level “how you are” reflects how you are with others. It's in the context of others, we look at how we value others. Next, we look at “how we work together” and finally “how we make decisions”. When I founded EXVOS in 2016 it was with the long term vision to develop great and capable leaders who create positive work environments that engage, motivate, and inspire.
