I am delighted to announce I have partnered with Sherry FitzGerald to expand their lettings operations into West Dublin, where there is a thriving property market. I began my property career with a former subsidiary of Sherry FitzGerald in London, Marsh & Parsons. Having spent a decade in the London lettings market with Marsh & Parsons I am returning home to do what I know best and Look forward to delivering the exceptional Sherry FitzGerald service in West Dublin. I returned from London to take over the Head of Sales role for Savills Residential. The role was an exciting one, overseeing the branches in Dawson Street, Blackrock and Clontarf – in addition to the Country Homes and Land division. The role involved a restructuring of the business with a focus on recruitment and the implementation of best practice procedures. Along with overseeing the overall business I ran one of the branches while working on several high profile sales in South Dublin and South County Dublin.

Directly responsible for a large team of negotiators/sales staff with an Assistant Manager and a full time Valuer. This was my final position in Marsh & Parsons and by far the most demanding. The Notting Hill Office is the flagship office for the company and the opportunity allowed me to train more people in various roles while regularly delivering results for the company.

Having been promoted to Associate Director I was given the opportunity to run our Holland Park office. After a successful tenure in Holland Park I then moved onto our Fulham Office. Both offices gave me a broader view of the London market with Holland Park allowing me to develop negotiating skills in one of London's most affluent areas, while Fulham allowed me to further develop management and training skills while dealing with high transaction levels across all price ranges.

Directly responsible for my own team of negotiators working in a hugely competitive and fast paced environment. Representing our brand while attending valuations on potential properties for owners. Guiding and advising these clients on price and the high levels of service we provide. Working with my own negotiators and those in neighboring offices to market and successfully deliver the best results for our clients in terms of price and profile. Advising clients on market conditions throughout the year and renegotiating contracts at various points. Liaising with other department managers in the company to ensure my office is receiving all possible support in terms of marketing and local presence. Recruiting and growing my team while maintaining our impeccable standards.
