I was employed by The Warren full-time and was responsible for managing all the social media and marketing for its 9 main support services as well as 51 other stand-alone projects/events. I was responsible for designing/creating content and promotional material, redesigning existing websites and building new websites including complex online booking systems and ecommerce stores. Outside of my contracted duties I also helped manage Warren Records - a non-profit record label that signed local artists and produced and sold their music/art. I successfully hosted brand new project launches, developed and designed physical/online workshops around music, graphic design and social media that engaged and empowered young people, whilst also attracting many new young people and organisations to become involved.. Managed and delivered multiple social media campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik-Tok etc for its 9 main support services as well as 51 other stand-alone projects/events.. Designed a range of assets including logos, posters, flyers, banners, websites, videos/documentaries/animations, social media posts/advertisements/cover photos, email marketing assets, wall murals/art décor, album artwork/physical CD artwork and magazine publications by using bespoke computer and creative packages.. Branded and rebranded learning programmes focused on creative, music and digital related outputs, such as: Amped, The Curve, Scran, Achieve, Can Do, Art of The City, Hull Young People Say No and The Thing.. Constructed a self-sustainable social media hub proposal called ‘The Creation Station’ which gained the interest of key funders and successfully secured multiple funding streams for other projects, grossing upwards of £200,000 via video applications and Go Fund Me campaigns.. Designed and rebuilt multi-page websites with complex booking systems and ecommerce elements.

Musician (Drummer), Sales, Marketing, Producer and PromoterI took the band from practicing in the garage to doing regular gigs across the country. In 8 months, I secured a foundation of 11,000 followers across social media and worked with PR companies which led to more than 65 international journalists/radio stations to producing original promotional material. I performed in and produced our debut album ‘Plight of The Millennial’ and created all graphic design assets, the website, photography, 5 music videos and organised the printing of merchandise. We were featured in Kerrang Magazine and on Kerrang radio at the beginning of 2020.

After catching the attention of key personnel at the head office through the work I was doing for Missoula, I was promoted into a new role created especially for me. To manage 12 brands across the company to create content and advertising campaigns. I supported and trained team members to successfully manage their own social media accounts using my own software tool..
