 Manage and influence all aspects of Business Services, in Big South East area (Savannah, Charleston, Augusta)  Implemented and managed strategic, focused sales initiatives that resulted in the East area maintaining highest revenue percentage to goal in Big South region in 2012.  Develope sales strategy for sales managers to monitor/measure all sales activity and results on a daily basis to ensure sales attainment goals continue to be met/exceeded. Drive high average revenue per sale results, by focusing team on higher revenue data products, additional voice lines and double/triple play sales. Team is among the highest ARPS producers in the country.  Successfully manage activities between functional departments, including sales, marketing, product, service delivery, operations and customer care to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Implement disciplined sales activity and sales process management to drive sales productivity. Coached and developed six Business Account Executives to Comcast Business Services President’s Club over past four years. Recruit and retain team talent and create cohesive sales/sales support teams within the East area Maintain a strong working knowledge of internet, voice and video product offerings, economic drivers of small and medium sized businesses and competition. Played a major role in managing Advanced Voice sales team during 2012, maintaining strong, increasing average AV sales per rep.

 Requested by Regional & Divisional SVP’s to stand in as Business Services RVP, in order to improve Business Services in Coastal Region, during Regional transition, while maintaining existing positions in Savannah and Coastal North markets. Developed and managed budgets, project plans and schedules, including deployments of product and process launches. Facilitated transitions of Inside sales, Retention and Care to Horsham, PA, and BSC team to Atlanta. Managed assigned sales, installation and revenue, operating P&L, capital budget, return on investment and customer satisfaction objectives in the Region. Oversaw all aspects of Business Services, including sales, technical, construction, marketing, financial, budget/forecast, customer service and retention functions.  Successfully managed activities between functional departments, including sales, marketing, product, service delivery, operations and customer care to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Implemented disciplined sales activity and sales process management to drive sales productivity. Recruited and retained team talent and created cohesive teams within the Region Successfully managed managers and directors, who were not in a direct reporting structure, by providing leadership and strong team objectives

 Originally recruited to implement and develop Business Services department for Comcast, from the ground up, due to significant experience with deploying ILEC Business Services. Managed daily operations of Business Services, including sales, technical, construction, marketing, financial, budget/forecast, customer service and retention functions.  Consistently led the Coastal region in ARPU and RGU’s to budget throughout 2010-2011, as reported on monthly Regional Power Rankings. Coached/developed Savannah Business Account Executives (BAE’s) successful performance by increasing productivity, establishing referral activity and increasing average sales per unit by encouraging participation in community activities, including Chamber and civic organizations. Coached a rep who has become a two–time President’s club winner.  80% of Savannah Business Account Executives achieved quota or better in 2010/2011 Exceeded cash flow budget in 2010 & 2011.

 Managed Business Services customers for ILEC. Responsible for sales and marketing of Centrex products, T1’s, PRI’s, Broadband & Circuit data connections, basic analog telephone service and customer premise equipment.  Consistently performed above annual quota, achieving Chairman’s Circle Award every year from 2002-2007 Developed Business Services department by creating and marketing competitive product offerings to local business customers.
