At 16, I decided to venture into business for myself. Having worked for my grandfather since I was 12, I was deeply inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit and aspired to follow in his footsteps. By 18, I took the leap and founded my own computer company. Despite facing challenges as a high school student new to the industry, I learned and grew, eventually achieving success in IT and computer repair.Simultaneously, I sought to expand my IT expertise by working for General Dynamics as a Network Administrator. This role accelerated my knowledge and skills, benefiting my own business. I ran my computer company for 16 years before transitioning to another venture I started at 23, REK Marketing and Design. Initially, I managed both businesses under the name "REK Computers Marketing and Design." When we decided to focus solely on web services, the business truly took off. I've discovered that my true passion lies in entrepreneurship, and I will always be driven by the same business acumen that my grandfather possessed until his passing at 85, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and success.
