Supported twenty Rhode Island communities in all facets of emergency management to include Prevention, Planning, Mitigation, Response and Recovery. Assisted in the creation and revision of Emergency Operations Plans for local communities, educational facilities and private stakeholders. Development and implementation of Dam Emergency Actions Plans and Continuity of Operations Planning. Coordinate with local, state and federal partners. Firefighter / EMT-Cardiac,Response to all types of emergent incidents including fire suppression and management of medical and traumatic patients in the prehospital arena. Ancillary duties included development of SOP's and preplanning of local merchantile and multi-family dwellings.
