After stepping away from my position at Resolve as Business Operations Manager to return to play Professional Hockey, I was asked to stay on part-time as a consultant to the operations team. This includes weekly meetings with the CEO, Operations Team, and Growth Manager. Currently, I am also in charge of collections at Resolve, handling all accounts receivable each month.

As Business Operations Manager, I was tasked with being Operations Manager, as well as taking over management and improvement of the sales team. This process started with overseeing growth of our sales team to 4 with 3 new hires. This added responsibilities with KPI tracking, forecasting, A/B testing, sales call reviews, as well as processes improvement and implementation of more cross team communication.

After finding my feet within Resolve, I was promoted to Operations Manager. This position was tasked with creating, and managing, an operations team. I hired and on-boarded 3 Senior Advocates, as well as 2 Virtual Assistants to grow our team. Beyond managing the operations team, I was also tasked with operations process improvement, cycle time reduction, as well as creating and tracking KPI's while reporting directly to the CEO.

I was hired at Resolve as a Startup Generalist to find a position within the company that fit my skill set. This started with me learning the basics of the operations team at Resolve to better understand how the company works from the bottom up as an Advocate. My daily agenda was focused on finding savings on patients medical bills. On average we saved 65% off of each medical bill. My accomplishments include fastest case closed in company history, as well as personally saving over $2 million on patients hospital bills in under 4 months.
