I'm a time served fabricator/welder, I mainly work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. At my company we make things for most sectors like the food industry, automotive, gas, oil, aerospace, many off shore projects like bend stiffeners and much more. I can mig weld, tig weld and arc weld, have been coded in stainless tig, aluminium mig, aluminium tig and can mig weld heavy guage mild steel to full penetration ultrasonic testing standards.Im experienced with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, oxy fuel cutting equipment, oxy propane pre heating gear, I'm also experienced in using manual lathes and manual milling machines, geared drills, guillotine, press brakes, rolling machines and also some experience using cnc machinery.I always work to a very high standard and have plenty of experience working independently, to tight timescales and also tight tolerances.I am very flexible, keen and always willing to learn, site work and driving are also not a problem as I have a full, clean driving license.
