Responsible for contract management of two regions as a Local Delivery Partner (LDP).Duties include:- Budgeting and financial planning; construction of annual budgets, regular cost management including monthly reviews.- Implementation of supply chain partnerships; including research, identification, selection and relationship management.- Team management; HR, staff appraisals, recruitment, training and development. Setting and monitoring of targets and KPI’s.- Management of programme planning; logistics, curriculum development, marketing & communications, recruitment of young people.- Management of programme delivery; accountable for ensuring high quality service provision. Create enjoyable and rewarding experiences for young people, staff, partners and local community beneficiaries.- Business growth.
