Initially I was looking forward to this season to help get the club get back on the right track both on and off the pitch....Even I (possibly) didn’t envisage what a season it would turn out to be! Achieving promotion to League 1 with MK Dons will go down as one of the best achievements of my football career. The emotions when I saw my family celebrating in the stands on the last day of the season after the final whistle will live with me forever, I do it all for them! A roller coaster of a first season with injury and form but so nearly ended in great success after another visit to Wembley in the playoff final, only to lose 2-1 to Blackpool. The journey continued in my second season eventually returning from injury and scoring on my first start after 13months out. Unfortunately however, the season ended with another playoff final defeat at Wembley, this time to my old club Coventry City.

New approach to sports agency management for clients and clubs in the UK and Worldwide

Returned after 7 years and in the first season back managed to help take the club to Old Trafford to face Man Utd in the FA Cup and extremely proud to have captained the side. Finished the clubs top scorer and won 'the terraces' player of the year 14/15. Unfortunate to just miss out on the League 2 playoffs in my second year back!

Part of the squad that reached the League 1 playoff final and broke many club records that season. Unfortunately losing the final at Wembley on penalties!

Initially on loan from Huddersfield Town, made the move permanent in the January 2012. Some great experiences taking the club to Anfield and scoring to make it 1-0 at the Kop end. Then beating Nottingham Forest and Liverpool the following season, and taking Everton to a replay. Captaining the side through a successful relegation battle is also a proud personal highlight!

After a £300k plus add on move my first season was a struggle with injuries. However did manage to make it back for the League 1 playoffs only for Millwall to be victorious. The second season saw me loaned to brentford and the 3rd to Oldham before making that move permanent

Season long loan saw me sign the morning of the start of the season from Huddersfield Town. Highlights included scoring a free kick to beat Hull City in the league cup, then beating Everton in the next round only to lose on penalties to the eventual winners Birmingham City. Also reaching the League Trophy final at Wembley was a great day out unfortunately losing 1-0 to Carlisle United.

The step up to the Championship from Non League was one I relished after Iain Dowie signed me. And indeed just 2 months after graduating from Loughborough University I was walking out at Old Trafford to make my full debut against Man Utd in the League Cup, which we won 2-0. Many happy memory's here before Huddersfield came in and bought me.

Balancing professional football with my last year of university at Loughborough wasn’t easy. People often asked me how I managed it and the only answer I have is that I just did it! Cambridge Utd were great in allowing me to finish my final year of studies, as I know many other clubs wouldn’t! After a poor start and a 2 month injury, I returned to score 17 goals in the second half of the season to save the club from relegation (and quite possibly liquidation).
