-Interact with OEM on engineering topics regarding damper design and development, e.g. product design, prototype build, testing/validation, valve tuning etc.-Working globally with different teams to cover every aspect of issues happened during development-Working with manufacturing plant to discuss design feasibility, welding check, drawing release, tooling design etc. -Perform Design Validation(DV) and Production Validation(PV) testing of struts and shock absorbers according to customer specification and internal requirement and write corresponding test report-Perform damper length calculation and valve setting stress analysis for design, prototype and validation-Prepare DVP&R/ADVP&R, validation letter and other relevant document for program progress and production release-Manage product BOM to release new parts and implement changes on existing parts within SAP system-Assist quality team to analysis and solve warranty issues reported from customer
