-Performing tests, repairs and maintenance related to pipeline corrosion.-Inspecting and testing facilities and equipment to identify existing and potential corrosion problems.-Recommending courses of action to eliminate or retard corrosion activity.-Installing and inspecting cathodic protection equipment.-Repairing, replacing and servicing corrosion equipment components.-Identifying outside currents negatively affecting company operations and initiating corrective steps.-Performing leak and odorant tests.-Monitoring advancements related to corrosion technology, practices, techniques and regulations.-Maintaining interactive working relationship with Specialists and Engineers to accurately and effectivelycomplete job responsibilities.-Directing and supporting contractors to complete evaluations and reports and to develop mitigationmeasures to effectively address deficiencies in the cathodic protection systems.-Performing other duties as requested or assigned.

* Operates compressor engines, auxiliary equipment, pipelines and associated facilities in assigned area. * Analyzes and determines if engines and equipment are operating properly. * Performs routine maintenance including: lubricates as required, maintains proper oil and water levels, checks temperatures for overheating, adjusts equipment, takes readings and maintains log book of readings and pressures. * Relays readings and pressure information to Gas Control. * Maintains constant alertness for equipment failures and pressure changes. * Works alternating shifts as required. * Using PC and/or hand held device, completes Work Orders, enters data into Job Plans, creates new Work Orders, etc. in SAP and other required systems * Maintains clean engine room, wipes up all spills, mops, etc. * Performs or assists in pipeline operation and maintenance duties including but not limited to: patrolling for leaks, clearing rights-of-way, repairing leaks, corrosions surveys.* Performs or assists with other periodic duties including but not limited to: chart changing, maintaining drips, equipment inspection, general housekeeping, equipment maintenance/repairs/overhaul, maintenance of grounds/building, travels to and supports other stations as required.

• Conduct groundwater monitoring for water impoundments on natural gas drilling sites.- Conduct low flow sampling using small pumps and HORIBA units on monitoring wells located around water impoundments. This is done to ensure that contained water is not entering groundwater aquifers located under the impoundments. • Preform leak detection on water impoundment liners.• Complete property inventories for mining permits.- Sample water sources including water wells, springs, ponds, etc. for specific parameters required by the PADEP for mining permits.- Take photos, GPS coordinates and complete field sheets based on the property survey, number of water sources and number of structures located on the property.- Prepare samples for laboratory analysis. Enter all field notes and results into databases which can be used by clients for the permitting process. • Oversee stream remediation and restoration projects.- Make certain that excavating companies follow environmental standards while operating in streams that have lost flow because of subsidence due to coal mining. - Determine areas of excavation and how many bores must be drilled into stream beds along with their spacing patterns and GPS coordinates.- Report the results of the remediation projects to coal mine supervisors and the PA DEP • Oversee the removal of contaminated soils on well pad sites. - Determine and outline potentially contaminated areas - Screen soils for clean readings, sample, and mark with a GPS unit to accurately show where contaminants have been removed from• Monitor stream flows for coal mining projects using a Marsh-McBirney device• Upload data into ERIMS: Environmental Management Information System• Work on a variety of projects including:- Water quality sampling, soil quality sampling, inventories, data entry and analysis, groundwater and surface water monitoring, geologic logging, well installation supervision, aquifer testing, and stream geology mapping.

- Manage all day-to-day operations for water resource surveying projects. - Review land parcel maps of proposed natural gas well pad sites. Prepare land owner contacting for all parcels within a 3,500 foot buffer of the proposed site. - Survey all water resources on parcels within 3,500 feet of proposed natural gas well pads for compliance of state regulatory and permitting processes. Geotag and record all available information for each resource.- Talk with landowners to determine the the number of resources and their specific uses for each parcel within the determined buffer for each well pad site.- Upload and organize all photos, field sheets, and information into databases to be reviewed by clients and state officials.
