I am currently working as a Corrosion Technician at Berkshire Hathaway Energy Pipeline Group in Delmont, PA. I graduated from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA in 2011 with a degree in Environmental Studies. This field of study caught my attention because I realized I would have the opportunity to begin an enjoyable career in an expanding industry. At the time I entered college I began to learn about the expansion and development of natural gas drilling and production in PA and I knew there would be a lot of job opportunities to come with it. Along with using our available natural resources I feel that the introduction of green energy technologies can aid in expanding sustainable, clean energy production in PA. I enjoy being outside whether I'm hunting, fishing, riding ATV's, or playing sports. I figured I would pursue a career where I could spend time outside doing my part to ensure that we are using and producing our natural resources as responsibly as possible as well as implement ideas for using more renewable energy sources when feasible.
