An initial 6 month contracted extended to 15 months to deliver change management activities for Project Halley - transitioning from IFRS4 to IFRS 17 financial reporting standard.

I led the project to scope, investigate and implement a user centric LMS for Comprehensive Care's general practices (GPs) of doctors and nurses to build a scalable CPD learning product. This included stakeholder management, working directly with the Learning & Development Manager, ELT and the LMS Advisory Group to inform and build a strong internal and external digital learning strategy and brand. My scope also included contract negotiations, pricing, UAT documentation and testing.In addition, I led the change management activities, ensuring teams impacted were well communicated, involved and supported throughout the project. This included upskilling, documentation and SOPs.Working closely with the L&D team of diabetes, respiratory and mental health nurses, I coached the team to pivot from face-to-face deliveries to blended approaches using a mix of LMS automations, Articulate Storyline and video quizzing tools.Achievements:• Cost-effective delivery of learning and scalability of delivery – ratified by the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners• Change strategy approved by ELT, including current state to future state, communications plan, mapping business and IT requirements, user stories, impacts and risks• Improved timing and access to education – rurally and outside the PHO (public health org)• Aggregate learner data in one place for easy access by practices including CPD tracking• Ability to generate revenue to sell training to other PHOs.

I had overall responsibility as Product Owner for transforming the way in which high quality value-based training solutions was delivered to staff nationally within Financial Advisory Services. This included the implementation of a cloud-based LMS and the development of mobile learning solutions to deliver a new blended curriculum to develop technical skills and commercial acumen.I was also a key member of the PwC Academy team as Product Owner, delivering CPD training to our external clients. This position was newly created in a multi-site organisation with staff based in New Zealand and Australia. The key objectives involved scoping, planning and delivering new training initiatives, including coaching managers to become effective leaders. Tasked to build and manage internal eLearning capability to support operational and HR goals across 90 stores and 1,500 staff. Establishing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, I project managed multiple long-term projects. Based in Adelaide, Australia, the key functions of the role involved working with teaching staff and university departments to transfer, transform and improve hundreds of existing programmes on the new Moodle LMS.Achievements:- Established rapport and professional trust with teaching staff and directors, and administration staff- Successfully converted courses from PowerPoint and Word documents into interactive and engaging learning activities - Designed and delivered 3-levels of workshops on the use of Moodle: Starter, Intermediate and Advanced- A subject matter expert in the following software used by teaching staff: AssignIT (management of assignments) and Turnitin (anti-plagiarism).

As an IT Trainer, the role involved delivering set weekly workshops. The training was based on clinical and administrative applications. As part of the Training Team for North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals, we also created customised workshops and learner resources to support organisational goals.Achievements:- The lead trainer for the development of a new workshop on Cognos, a business financial software. The training was delivered to over 400 staff including senior managers, whom rated the sessions “very useful” - Providing eLearning expertise and L&D consultation to project teams and managers to ensure online support pages and learning initiatives meet adult and online learning principles, leading to successfully meeting learning outcomes- The capability to pick-up new concepts and systems in the health industry within weeks of starting

My objective in this Industry Training Organisation (ITO) was to scope and establish a digital learning strategy. The amount of learning resources and assessments being sent back and forth from the learners to head office were inefficient and costly. The challenge was to find solutions and establish a strategy to maximise the use of technology without sacrificing on the learning experience.Achievements:- Save costs by having “difficult” conversations with management on the relevance of an eLearning software that was acquired before my time- Set up Moodle with corporate branding and colours- Successfully presented my proposal to establish Moodle to senior managers to gain buy in- Led a project to modernise and improve current paper-based learning and assessment materials. This included instructional design, rewriting of assessments and sourcing new photos and processes. The project received positive feedback from stakeholders

This Private Training Organisation (PTO) delivered NZQA-accredited programmes to new migrants to improve their understanding and wellbeing in New Zealand. As a tutor, I facilitated the completion of learning for over 200 distance learning students ranging from 16 through to 80 years of age from all corners of the world.Achievements:- Through facilitation and student support, a 90% completion rate was achieved (the standard from the Ministry of Education was 65%)- Involvement in the upgrade of the internal reporting system, resulting in better stability and more useful information shown- Delivering weekly workshops in community centres based on topics including consumer rights, Customer Guarantees Act, schooling and employmentPromotion to Internal TrainerI was promoted to this internal training position during my employment at Ora Ltd. This resulted in a cut to the number of calls to the Help Desk by 30%- Customised systems and Microsoft Office training to staff led to more accurate student data being recorded in the CRM (errors reduced by 65%)
