About Robbie C.

I'm grateful that my career in learning and development has given me the opportunity to transform how organisations deliver learning and play a hand in shaping what people learn to be future-ready, including technical and human-based ("soft skills") topics.I'm passionate about making change for the better by working in Agile and transformation teams to solve complex problems is something I truly enjoy. In my career to date, I have led or been part of the change management team to deliver new processes, learning and people support.Another passion of mine is in creating new digital revenue streams for businesses that specialise in professional development through the use of technology. I'm proud to have been the Product Owner to digitise external client training for PwC NZ, named PwC Academy. This transformation project gave me the opportunity to continue to build on my commercial acumen and digital learning best practice skills, and at the same time honing my change and stakeholder management expertise.I believe in the importance of continuous learning - if you are standing still you are falling behind.
