Year 1:- Extracted Starbucks NZ (22 stores) from previous licensee – a large QSR group with shared back office services- Established all accounting processes and financial reporting including management pack, financial dashboards, budgets, tax and statutory reporting- Completed transition of back office services within 12 month deadline with no interruption to customers. This included new POS software and store IT achieving 30% peak transaction volume uplift, and 3PL RFP and provider change achieving 25% 3PL cost reduction.Ongoing: Responsible for compliance with Starbucks Global Licence Frameworks for my functions. Company secretarial responsibilities including board minutes, risk register, contract register, organizing Risk & Audit Committee etc.Year 2:- Established BI reporting systems (data lake, data warehouse, Power BI) – launched interactive scorecard platform to all of business (financial and non-financial measures with lead indicators) which was praised as “best in Starbucks Asia Pacific”- Navigated Covid-19 – cost base management, cash forecasting and control, inventory planning- Sustainability lead – took responsibility for sustainability strategy due to personal interest and achieved significant improvements
