CurrentAt Unit4 I’m focusing on how HR Services are delivered as well as the design, development, andimplementation of new HR Services. Thereby, I’m driving the performance of our People Operations department (SSC) ensuring efficiency and above all an extraordinary people experience for our people by:- Continuous Process Improvement- Implementing Next-Gen Automation Technology- Improve Services with better EX- HR Vendor Management of external suppliersAs Global Process Owner (GPO) I own all People Experience processes across functional silos,geographies and business units. My goal is that processes are truly usable, followed, and ideally,automated as much as possible. Therefore, I’m developing and implementing our long-term peopleservices and technology strategy to ensure our People Success Operations team creates a digital-firstand scalable operation that supports the aspirations of our business and our people.As program manager I drive our digital transformation and several transformation projects including among others:- Insourcing of our HR Shared Service Center to Lisbon- Implementing the HR Service Delivery module of ServiceNow;- Creating one portal on all employee matters (policies and knowledge management)- Transitioning to an automated touchless payroll with one single global provider- Implementing a managed service provider to more efficiently manage our contingent workforce andensure compliance.
