2023-current: Leading a team as a Senior Technical delivery manager within the legacy Simplification Lab specifically focused on CMO removal (Current Mode of Operation, CMO Burndown). Tracking over 1000 applications within their mitigation journeys to the banks new strategic footprint.2018-2020: Work Stream Lead for Z-Platform projects within Enterprise Projects (EP), including CICS,DB2, ISV's and Z/os upgrade work, risk resolution budget control and escalations. Additional Mainframe and Teradata upgrades in line with bank growth. Start-up and closure of related risks/projects. Management of multiple PM's within the portfolio along with regular stakeholder relationship management and MI reporting. Additionally took over the failing project team on the complex CITRIX (v7 to v8), migration and delivered it to a successful conclusion.2017-2018: Work Steam Lead for Storage and Middleware. Management in TRP of multiple high profile projects including MQ upgrade, Message Broker and WAS. Additional ongoing SAN infrastructure projects as in line with bank growth plus day to day management of multiple project related PM's with regular stakeholder relationship management and MI reporting. Control of multiple large budgets and responsible for project start-up/closure.

April 2020-April 2021: 1x year secondment to Schroders Personal Wealth (SPW), to assist the successful divestment from Lloyds to an independent company. Implementation and migration of a brand new 'Switch' MMD network and equipment and setup of 11x regional Hub locations for over 800 staff across the country during the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown. Working with Vodafone, RICOH & Microsoft as key suppliers.

2016-2017: Involved with the setup and management of TRP (Technical Resilience Programme), within the fixed price off-shore factory model looking to support multiple CIO towers and leverage better value using a cross platform model for the bank. 2015-2016: Working on KSOR (Keep the Show On the Road), area on the Win2k and Windows 2003 remediation projects. Management of multiple external vendor SME teams engaged to remove the windows server footprint therefore mittigating potential security risks and ensuring a robust futureproof architecture whilst also releasing potential benefits with ongoing space and cost. 2014-2015: Progressing with the Transitional Service Agreements for the divested TSB bank to allow effective legislation, KPI monitoring and business continuity.Involved with planning and delivery of objectives with the Long Term Agreement sign off for TSB from Lloyds. 2013-2014: Assigned to project Verde to divide and sell an agreed portion of Lloyds group which will then become the UK's sixth largest bank in its own right.Delivered the Verde Service Delivery projects for Credit Risk Decisioning (CRD), to allow the banks to divest into separate brands on the deadline dates.

Consulting with Lloyds TSB on the high profile divestment of TSB from Lloyds, (Project Verde), as an Infrastructure Delivery Manager on Credit Risk Decisioning and LTA handover schedules.

MoD. Atlas ConsortiumDefence Information Infrastructure (Dii) project was the most complex and biggest single infrastructure project to date rolled out in Europe.Rolling out 300,000 worldwide users on 150,000 desktops whilst also combining the current 125 support desks into 1 central help-desk and creating uniformity in systems and applications.Project startup and continued tracking, through to site handover to live service on multiple sites within the UK, Germany, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Falklands, Assension Islands, Brunei and Nepal.Organisation and Chair of workshops to facilitate project start-up, and/or direction change to allow best value for money to the customer.Liaison with linked project work streams, Program board and MoD customer in scheduled formal weekly meetings on project specific issues.Design and implementation of project specific tasks and documents to enable a more efficient working practice.
