As a Student Aide at the Management department, I work with the faculty and staff to provide administrative and academic support, such as feedback, advice, and coordination. I enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders and learning from their perspectives and experiences. I have also developed strong cooperation, transparency, and articulation skills through this role.I am also passionate about completing my MA in Political Science and Government at the University of Leeds, where I focus on public affairs and organisational strategy. I apply my knowledge and skills to real-world scenarios and case studies, and explore various topics and issues that affect society and policy. My previous BA in Criminology, Sociology and Philosophy from the University of Liverpool has given me a solid foundation in social sciences and critical thinking.Additionally, I am a member of I have a voice CIC, a community interest company that empowers young people to engage in policy and strategy discussions. I contribute to think tanks and networking events, debate and investigate various topics, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Through this experience, I have enhanced my research skills, root cause analysis, and generational communication. My goal is to find a role that allows me to use my education and work experience to make a positive impact on society and public policy.
