CurrentLead and Enable Midland Credit Managements 80+ partner nationwide legal collection network. Plan, execute and achieve a $300M revenue target. Develop and grow a nationwide collection agency network emphasizing digital and modern collection strategies. Guide, teach and grow Regional Managers and Performance Mangers to influence, improve and maintain 3rd party partners in collections, production, compliance, risk and growth. Oversee and review direct reports business case presentations and change management plans. Balance teams time, focus and training across performance, compliance and strategic initiatives. Build and execute new strategic plans to grow revenue and controls. Manage channel level budgets, resources and cross department interactions. Deliver change management directives across 3rd party network. Innovative new processes and plans to compete with internal and external competition. Work directly with internal legal and compliance teams to improve and ensure adherence to legal and company standards. Channel level multi-year planning and goal setting with executive team. Present and own accountability for executive MBR presentations on channel level KPI's. Oversee and direct correction plans and performance improvement across all partners.
