My responsibilities consisted of the following:• Coordinated with sales staff through a variety of tasks including the design and implementation of numerous projects. The projects ranged from design standardizations implemented company wide, to creating custom-built equipment for individual customers combining both mechanical and electrical systems.• Served as project manager of the largest single production job within Barney's at that time. This involved the immediate design and fabrication of fuel forwarding skids supporting the Fukushima recovery efforts with TEPCO power and APR Energy. This included equipment startup, and training the end user.• Direct support of customers on technical issues utilizing vibration analysis and other condition monitoring techniques.• Worked with vendors during the RFQ and design process. • Generated design submittals and overseeing the fabrication .• Supported inside sales staff.

My responsibilities as Vice President consisted of the following:• Supervise all job functions, from sales to contract development and punchlist completion• Manage accounting for all projects • Develop project budgets• Coordinate project scheduling, including management of subordinates to ensure proper project flow• Modified business plan to include renovation and commercial work in addition to custom home construction• Developed all online marketing• Created job outlines to standardize processes across all jobs• Winner of numerous Parade of Homes Awards

My responsibilities in reporting to the Senior Director of Preproduction Engineering consisted of the following:• Achieved $12M budget by spending $9.6M for design/build, and purchase of equipment for the 07 Altima model launch. This was made possible by working with the purchasing department and assisting in the PSSC process to select venders/suppliers.• The development of the TPU slush equipment for the 07 Altima involved numerous trips to Japan in different areas of the country to develop prototype parts and design/build of equipment, this occured while overseeing many changes to the plant in preparing for the new model launch.• The process for insuring manufacturing readiness for the new model required working with the new model launch team in development of SOS's, flow design, and meeting customer requirements prior to SOP, also consisted of assisting manufacturing managers in training responsibilities, and working with them towards equipment buyoff.

My responsibilities in reporting to the Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager consisted of the following:• Worked alongside our future domestic material supplier and manufacturing management to change the current model Altima (05-06) skin from overseas supplier to domestic. This sourcing change resulted in a savings of $468,990 per year and reduced out inventory of this raw product by 70%.• Worked with our supplier & fellow colleague on changing the current model Altima (05-06) skin width on the vacuum formed TPO dash from 1000mm to 950mm. This reduction in width resulted in a savings of $159,651 per year.• Led current model Maxima (02-08) process and layout improvement which resulted in going from a 3 shift operation to a 2 shift operation which eliminated 11 people. The estimated savings of this change was $374,000 per year.

Performed numerous Value Stream Mapping activites resulting in complete process improvement from manpower reduction to inventory reduction. Also implemented time standards plant wide for all in house processes and standardized processes through our 5ZQA team.
