We strive to stay ahead of the ever-changing demands of the modern business environment. We perform meticulous research to find the right solutions for our customers and partner with some of the best technology innovators in the industry.HGi Technologies, a division of Halsey & Griffith, established itself in 1921 as a stationery store. My grandfather, Jim Waugh, started with the firm in 1926 and eventually purchased it in 1952. When our office supply/furniture business started to slow down in the late 1980s because of the big-box chains impact on the industry, we made the decision to become an authorized Ricoh office technology dealer and focus our energy on becoming the best Ricoh dealer in South Florida. Over the past 97 years, our commitment has always been to provide the best customer experience. This is our guiding principle. If ever an issue were to arise, I am here every day and am available, the first door on the left.
