As the Vice President of Member Engagement, I lead our efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with our community of current and former professional athletes. I develop and execute strategies to enhance member engagement, satisfaction, and retention, ensuring that every athlete receives personalized support tailored to their career goals and aspirations.

As Director of Brand & Community, my role has been expanded to support the development, articulation and amplification of the Xplor Mariana Tek Brand through our boutique marketing and community team efforts. I oversee both teams to ensure that we are powerfully showing up for our Mariana Tek Community and driving business results with an integrated strategy focused on experiential, robust storytelling, social, brand partners and key city activations.

I build and activate relationships with influencers in high-opportunity trade areas within the Key City of Toronto. I coordinate grassroots, hyper-local activities to raise awareness and acquisition within those cities, and execute activations of Brand Campaigns within the designated Key City of Toronto.

I am responsible for ensuring how our global brand positioning on run shows up for us in North America local communities.

I manage our lululemon brand, community and marketing efforts in the Southeast US for our mens business. I support each region in the area providing high level strategy, coaching and development. I manage a team of mens captains within each region of our area to support growth, brand awareness and brand resonance.

I support the South Florida region in their efforts to build, strengthen, and amplify their community outreach through coaching, development, strategy, and support. I also work outside of the lululemon bubble to understand the trends, initiatives and influencers within this market to guide the direction of the company within the next 5-10 years.
