Robert’s practice focuses primarily in the areas of trusts and estates, business succession planning, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and probate. He is currently a member of the governing Council of the Section of Taxation of the American Bar Association, and was formerly the chair of the Closely Held Business Committee of the Section. He is also the immediate past chair of the Alabama State Bar Tax Section. Robert has been a speaker or panel participant both locally and nationally on a variety of tax and business planning topics.
