As Director, Robbie provides strategic and operational support on client M&A transactions, playing an active role in preparing offering materials and developing and executing go-to-market strategies. Robbie joined Mariner Capital Advisors in 2011 to help plan and execute the firm's marketing activities and to provide support throughout its sell-side and buy-side advisory engagements. Specifically, he helps develop marketing materials for clients' companies which are used to solicit interest from prospective buyer or seller candidates. He also assists in the identification of potential acquirers or acquisition targets and provides support for the firm's managing directors as they field inquiries from interested parties.
