-Lead and develop a team of twelve salespeople covering the medical channel in the US. -Responsible for multi-million dollar quotas, training and development of salespeople, resource design to enhance prospecting and employee T&E. -Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key, strategic national accounts in the rehab/physical therapy/sports medicine space.

-Lead and develop a team of eight salespeople covering the professional and collegiate sports, government medical and military, and medical channels in the Western half of the US. -Responsible for multi-million dollar quotas, training and development of salespeople, resource design to enhance prospecting and employee T&E. -Co-created and implemented sales process using Salesforce.com.-Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with key, strategic national accounts in the rehab/physical therapy/sports medicine space.

Strategic sales role aimed at developing relationships and partnerships with key national accounts in the rehab/physical therapy space. With a consultative, solution-providing sales approach, I increase awareness and adoption of AlterG and our devices for acquisitions en masse by the leading providers of therapy services nationwide.

Provide consultative sales advice for our mobility enhancement products: - Using AlterG technology to achieve better patient outcomes- Helping therapists and rehab professionals get patients back on their feet sooner- Increasing patient referrals from local medical community- Marketing of AlterG technology to establish clinic as local rehab leaderDevelop relationships with local medical community to educate on benefits of AlterG products with goals of increasing patient awareness and driving referrals to current customers.
