Robert is Business Studies graduate from both Dundalk IT and IT Sligo. He is a dedicated, innovative and challenge driven team player, with excellent leadership abilities. All of which can be highlighted through his academic, non-academic and professional life. Academically Robert always strives to achieve his goals, as well as the goals of those around him. This can be seen through his previous role as the Class Representative and the efforts he made to maximise the resources available to his course group. His foresight lead to the first conference of European Youth Parliaments Irish branch to be held outside of a major, while sitting on the National Committee, paving the way for future conferences. His involvement in the foundation of Louth Mavericks American Football Club and continued involvement in the club as both a player and Head Coach, shows a dedication to his passions. From a professional stand point, as a result of Robert’s previous work within different industries, he has acquired the interpersonal and technical skills necessary to effective organise, run and maintain a high level of service.The accumulation of this knowledge, both tacit and learnt, combined with the acquisition of skills, has led to the development of a strong character.Currently Robert working for family owned Mechanical Engineering company Aairex Environmental which specialises in Dust & Fume Extraction systems and testing. Since joining Aairex, Robert has achieved BOHS certifications in LEV Management and as a P601 LEV Examiner and Tester. He has also played a large role in helping to develop the company's online presence and recruitment of new staff.
