Make Vmware View revenue trebled in FY2011 compare with FY2010..As a product expert in China, support and manage the technical adoption, enablement and business aspects of Vmware VDI(Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) Solution.Perform technical pre-sales activities with customers, make presentations to technical and senior audiences, technology demonstrations, run technology POC, write bidding proposal for major accounts.Review and support Partners as well as Internal SE in regards to their internal technical guides and knowledge briefs. Focus on 30+ PRIMIER partner in East china and Enable them.Enable and cooperate with OEM partner and other partner in VDI ecosphere, Such as IBM, HP, DELL, Samsung, Wyse, Cisco , Juniper, EMC, F5, Symantec, trend-micro, NetApp etc.Focus on strategy account, win several major project such as Rural Credit Cooperative of Zhejiang, the First ELA customer in East China, ZHESHANG Bank, Guangdong Mobile, the biggest VDI project in VMware China, CPIC, B&Q, SAIC, Shanghai Telecom ,Jiangsu mobile, Nanjing Information Center, Shanghai University , Xinhua Hospital etc.Lead the product experience sharing, include sales guide, proposal template, best practice, successful case sharing, bidding parameter etc. Experience on design the architecture and implement plan for more than 9000 endpoint VDI project. Support the new version of product promotion, marketing events, seminar, webinar.
