Het traineeship van Tauw beslaat een periode van anderhalf jaar. In drie periodes doe ik ervaring op in verschillende werkvelden met een versneld opleidingstraject gericht op persoonlijke ontwikkeling en leiderschap.Mijn traineeship tot nu toe bestaat uit de volgende afdelingen en werkvelden;1ste periode: Business Unit Leefomgeving - Stedelijke transformatie: Projecten in Energietransitie, gebieds(her)ontwikkeling, Duurzaam GWW en Circulaire Economie.2de periode: Staf - Kwaliteitsmanagement & Duurzaamheid: Interne certificering ISO 14001, CO2-prestatieladder, verdere implementatie duurzaamheid in bedrijfsvoering Tauw en externe Duurzaamheids projecten.

We are a team of students primarily from the Delft University of Technology who design, build, and race an electric formula-style car. Comprising of young engineers from various cultural and academic backgrounds, our team comes together every year to construct the best electric race car we can: a truly cutting-edge piece of automotive engineering! After the design and assembly process, we participate in prestigious international competitions with other university teams from around the world.As one of the main drivers of the team, I play a central role in the development proces of the car. During tests, I provide the engineers with feedback by translating vehicle dynamic behaviour, which is excited mechanically and electronically, in an understandable and constructive manner. During races, which are being held on approximately 3,5 meter wide autocross style tracks, I pilot the car at the two main events - Autocross (2 hotlaps) and Endurance. My personal goal; "To make the entire team proud of their product, by extracting all it has to offer."
