Talent Acquisition Specialist
Leads high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process across BUs and/or Regions. Executes strategy for high volume non-exempt roles. Builds collaborative partnerships by providing astounding, internal customer service. Owns the Talent Acquisition process from inception through onboarding by BU and/or Region. Completes visual review, phone screen & initiates onsite interview process. Sourcing enthusiast, ability to build robust & diverse pipelines of qualified talent. Approaches Talent Acquisition strategy with a data-based mentality, subject matter expert. Provides Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reports as needed. Other duties as assigned
