• Maintain student files through data entry which includes: entering students’ contact information into File Maker, locating student documents from web based programs, printing these documents and filing in appropriate student files, entering faculty notes and results from auditions into File Maker under appropriate student.• Helping to organize auditions by: confirming with students that they will be attending their audition, organizing student files by area of audition and putting into appropriate packets in order of their scheduled audition time, filling welcome folders and labeling with the student’s name for Audition Day Registration, helping with registration set up and directing students to warm up and audition rooms.• E-mail correspondence with the Admissions Office, Faculty and Students

• Receive inbound calls and provide account maintenance for clients requesting address changes, bank change or to set up EFT , or tax withholding changes on their account• Verify and maintain account security, answer questions regarding payment dates, process stop payments on checks, submit inquiry cases
