Responsible for creating tools and resources to attract, hire and retain sales professionals. Created and implemented a formal 10 week summer business professional intern program for the Sales function. Students are recruited from accredited professional sales and supply chain programs around the U.S. and placed in various roles throughout the UPS enterprise. Students are given a 10 week curriculum with milestone deliverables leading up to a final capstone presentation to senior leadership. The program was designed to hire students into full time employment opportunities upon graduation. From 2012 - 2015, 60 students have participated in the program with 28.3% hire rate.

Coordinate the integration of the Enterprise sales staff between the parent company and subsidiary company to ensure job levels were appropriately assigned and aligned with compensation bands. Acted as the liason between HR and senior sales leadership in both companies.

Worked with Enterprise account managers on their high value customers to establish and maintain the appropriate claim contracts in place for their customers. Evaluated and implemented new procedures to ensure the safety of the customers products. Created an online source tool for Enterprise account managers to have access to their customers claim activity to be proactive in identifying problem areas and creating solutions.

Responsible for managing internal and contract recruiters for hiring of mid to executive level management for subsidiary company. Responsible to ensure quality of hiring process was maintained and proactively worked with hiring managers to review current and planned hiring needs. Actively participated in interview process for all high level management hires, prepared and presented job offers and coordinated the onboarding of new hires. Managed contingent workforce vendor for quality candidates, diversity, position pricing, coaching and counseling of contingent workforce, and compliance with UPS guidelines.
