I'm always encouraging others and giving them a ear to vent and let it out , as well as advice through learned experience or gained knowledge, I research facts and truths about anything I say to assure you are getting the best information from me. I have been in the customer service /care field since 18yrs old and have enjoyed every day of it . I am a people person who loves to work with the public meeting new people and giving the best I can give it's what I do and who I am . my achievements have been a great reward for me from being cashier to management in 30-60 days as well as winning a CEO award while working for GlenCroft Retirement Center was a great reward for me as well . awards I won at Guardian Alarm Company as a collections agent shows my dedication to my clients and customers hearing the success stories from my clients as a job coach warms my heart . dedicating 5yrs to a local Family owned business in a field I had no knowledge of was most rewarding because I learned everything needed and made business and customers rapport my first priority and my gain from it all was hearing Thank You Robbin!!!!
