Supporting the development phases of the product life cycle for a large share of the Cortina and Alpina bike collections. Identify customer and retailer needs, and translate them, together with the needs of the company, into the specifications of the bikes thereby creating a portfolio of bikes that fit the needs of all stakeholders. This also includes setting the price point of every bike, and the acquisition of assembly partners or suppliers. In this role, I not only work with the majority of internal departments but also with external suppliers and assembly partners around the world, ensuring needs are met and projects move forward.

Help support all phases of the product life cycle of multiple product lines, including successfully relaunching a medical device in Europe. Identifying clinical and economical needs for product by listening to the needs of clinicians. Managing and running various projects related to the improvement, development, testing and marketing of products. The role not only required a deep understanding of the products, their markets and their usage, but also being able to work with various internal and intercontinental departments and fulfill their needs. After a year, I started to building a team which allowed me to gain management experience, something I really enjoyed.

Helped provide insights in the efficacy of the Dutch risk adjustment system, by analyzing health insurance data, and presenting the results to the board of directors. Next to analyzing the data, I was responsible for the maintenance/updates of large tailored dataset. I was also the daily supervisor for two master students that wrote their master thesis at our department.

I wrote my master thesis at Coorperation VGZ in the field of the risk adjustment system. I've developed a deep understanding of the interesting, essential, but complicated Dutch risk adjustment system and further improved my statistical and scientific writing skills.

Operated linear accelerators and Orthovoltage equipment to deliver cancer treatment. For most of the time I was a unit lead, responsible for patient flows, on-site decision-making and communicating with physicians/specialists and other treatment units. Additionally, I also supervised students and was the lead in the optimization of a specific treatment process, resulting in less patient discomfort and improved treatment time.

Operated the screening room, which included managing patient flows, supplies, students and co-working with physicians before, during and after screening. Additionally, I created a manual for the Hospital Information System, as I discovered an absence of know-how on how to use the system.
