IT Project Manager- * Sound project management, implementation and incident management skills with successfully guiding cross-functional teams domestically and abroad in design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing industry recognized life cycle methodologies SDLC, SAP ASAP, AGILE and Waterfall. * Introduced PMI best practices to reduce project management complexity throughout organization. * Development of PMO processes and document artifact templates to streamline data collection, created automated business case submission request to simplify project selection. * Compile monthly Incident Management data for analysis to identify gaps in service delivery. Ensure team is meeting approved SLA levels. * Successfully managed three separate telecom projects working with domestic as well as international carriers for Voice over IP implementations which eliminated international costs between the sites. * Manage a multi-year project estimated at $500K from proof of concept to production roll-out upgrading core enterprise infrastructure server farm implementing a new Cisco UCS platform.* Experience managing multiple vendors to establish team unity and drive project results.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 and Office 365 Suites. * Administer/Manage of SharePoint 2007 and O365 environments
