Senior leader within the NHS with current responsibility for digital in a joint role across Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) and Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust alongside leading The Health Informatics Service (THIS), a large Digital provider across the NHS in Yorkshire. This is underpinned with a background of over 20yrs experience across a number of management and leadership roles within both the NHS and the Military.I'm focussed on Operational and Stakeholder Management, Developing Digital as an enabler and Workforce/Business Development. Experience of delivering Cerner EPR into 2 large acute trusts with a multi-module ‘big bang’ approach with responsibility for transition into business as usual. Personal Development includes an MBA, Kings Fund: Building collaborative leadership programme (in progress), WY&H ICS Shadow System Leadership Executive programme (learning with senior leaders from across the whole public and charity sector) and Compassionate Leadership in Practice. I am also senior lead for the Armed Forces Covenant within our organisation and Exec Lead for our Empower leadership development programme.
